Bonus Rules

General Bonus Rules

1.1 Romanix Limited (hereinafter “Romanix”) periodically organises promotional campaigns which may include the awarding of bonuses and prizes to players, in various forms, in accordance with the Legislation in force and the Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the T&C). These Bonus Rules form an integral part of the Terms and Conditions and therefore of the legally binding agreement between you and the operator. In the event that there are any discrepancies between the provisions reflected in the T&C, these Bonus Rules and the specific rules applicable to that bonus, the following order of priority will apply: (i) the specific rules of the bonus, (ii) the Bonus Rules, or (iii) the T&C.

1.2 Bonuses will only be transferred to your gaming account, withdrawal of which is not allowed. The bonuses awarded are highlighted separately from the player's other game funds available for withdrawal at any time.

1.3 Unless otherwise stated, all offers are limited to one per account, which means at most one bonus per user, IP address, family, residential address, email address and environments in which computers can be used jointly.

1.4 Romanix will determine the eligible users and prizes at its own discretion, and reserves the right to offer a specific bonus to a particular player or group of players. You can only have one active bonus at a time. If you opt for a new bonus, the initial bonus will be lost by you. For clarity, in the event that a user is eligible for two or more bonuses at the same time, we have the right, at our sole discretion, to award any of the bonuses. If you do not want to use that bonus, you can opt out of it at any time by contacting our customer service.

1.5 Each bonus awarded is subject to the T&C, these Bonus Rules, as well as the specific rules of the respective bonus.

1.6 Details of the conditions of participation, eligibility and award, clauses and specific details will be defined in the rules specific to each bonus, prize and offer, and will be communicated to the segment of eligible players.

1.7 Communications shall be made publicly on the Website, or through various communication channels, which have been agreed upon by the Players in advance for the transmission of such communications.

1.8 Bonuses may be subject to a wagering requirement (wagering a certain number of times) before they can be withdrawn. Additional requirements related to the maximum stakes that can be made, the games counted for wagering or the like will be specified in the specific rules applicable to each bonus. If the bonus is subject to requirements, any winnings generated can only be withdrawn when the requirements are met.

1.9 Bonuses may be subject to a wagering limit and a conversion limit, set by the organizer in the rules specific to each bonus.

1.10 Withdrawal requests from the player account, made before the completion of the wagering requirements, result in the cancellation of the active bonus.

1.11 Romanix may decide at its own discretion to exclude a player from any promotional campaign, withdraw the right to bonuses or close the player's account with immediate effect if it is found or suspected that incorrect playing methods have been used.

1.12 Unfair playing methods may include, but are not limited to, one of the following:

• violating in any way the T&C Romanix, the Bonus Rules or the rules specific to that bonus;
• opening multiple accounts in order to receive more bonuses and to make the necessary wagering for the purpose of releasing bonuses;
• placing bets by a player or group of players who, thanks to bonuses, ensure that guaranteed profits are obtained regardless of the outcome of the events on which they bet;
• playing with bonuses only while all minimum deposits are withdrawn to be eligible for the promotion;
• placing contradictory bets (e.g., hedge betting) or placing bets that ensure a minimum win or loss for meeting the wagering conditions of the bonus;
• repeatedly placing or forming a betting pattern on betting markets where the chances of validation with odds of 1 are high (example: Equal Cash Back (DNB); Asian totals; Asian Handicaps) or on events in the Amplified Odds section).
• increasing the balance and then significantly changing the game pattern (bets, game types, betting structure, etc.) to meet the bonus wagering requirements;
• low margin bets, arbitrage, risk-free betting, or hedge betting.

1.13 Games with 0% contribution: Jack and the Beanstalk, Starburst XXXtreme, Dead or Alive, Dead or Alive 2, Joker Pro, Spaceman

1.14 Depending on Romanix's decision, a selection of games may not be available at any given time for players with an active bonus in the balance. If any, such a selection will be reflected in the rules specific to each bonus.

1.15 Each category of games contributes specifically as follows:

1.16 All bonuses awarded as a percentage of a deposit will be calculated on the basis of the amount deposited into the account after the application of any taxes and commissions related to the deposit.

1.17 Deposits made via "Skrill", "Neteller" or "Paysafe Card" are not eligible for bonuses.

1.18 Romanix's decisions regarding bonuses are final.

Types of Bonuses

2.1 Bonus Money

2.1.1 It represents a bonus allocated to the bonus balance of the game account consisting of a fixed amount or a percentage of the deposited amount.

2.1.2 Only one bonus can be active in the Player Account at a time. Bonuses are dedicated to the Sports or Casino sections and can only be played in the sections for which they have been activated, on the specified games.

2.1.3 The Bonus Amounts awarded will have wagering requirements, conditions and validity periods set out in the specific rules and conditions, available in the My Account > My Bonuses > All Bonuses section and in the communication sent to the player.

2.1.4 Withdrawal requests from the player account, made before the completion of the wagering conditions, result in the cancellation of the active bonus.

2.1.5 For bonuses conditional on a deposit: The offer must be activated BEFORE the deposit is made, otherwise the right to it will be forfeited.

2.1.6 All winnings generated from bets that contribute to the wagering of a bonus will be allocated to the balance from which they were placed and can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirements of the bonus have been met.

2.1.7 If a bonus is cancelled or expires before the wagering requirements are met, all bonus funds will be cancelled and forfeited, except for initially deposited and unplayed funds.

2.1.8 Profits from betting activity will be distributed according to the source from which the bet was placed. Example: Profits generated by placing bets from the bonus balance will be allocated to the bonus balance.

2.1.9 If both bonus funds and real funds available for withdrawal at any time are available in the game account, the order in which they are used is as follows: real funds (cash) then bonus funds.

2.2 Bonus Spins (Free Spins): are free spins or rounds, offered as a bonus, with a predetermined stake and dedicated to a specific game. Once used, any winnings will be credited to the bonus balance. Winnings will have wagering requirements and a validity period of 72 hours (unless otherwise provided for in the rules specific to each bonus), available in the My Account > My Bonuses > All Bonuses section and in the communication sent to the player.

2.3 Free Bet: is a bet offered as a bonus, with a predetermined stake that may be restricted on certain odds, events or betting markets. Once the bet has been placed, any winnings will be credited to the real balance, with no wagering requirements (unless otherwise provided for in the rules specific to each bonus). The Possible Win from the Free Bet represents the Profit and is calculated according to the formula: Win = Stake x Odds – Stake.

2.4 Other promotional activities

2.4.1 Other Prizes: any other prizes, offered to players in accordance with applicable Law, the T&Cs and the Specific Terms and Conditions.

Other Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 Two (2) Early Goals - Early Payment:

3.1.1 This option is available to all users registered on Romanix.

3.1.2 This feature is available from 18.10.2023 00:00 CET and can be deactivated at any time at the operator's discretion.

3.1.3 The offer is valid for single, multiple, system and Bet Builder bets placed on the 1X2 market (home or away win) placed pre-match. The offer is not available for In-Play betting.

3.1.4 The offer does not apply to bets placed on the selection corresponding to a tie score (X), or to "Boosted Odds" bets placed on the "winner of the match" market. Matches that have this option available will have the message "Early Payout (EP)" displayed in the description field on the market.

3.1.5 In particular, the following football leagues qualify for this promotion: Premier League (England), Bundesliga (Germany), Serie A (Italy), La Liga (Spain), Ligue 1 (France), Liga 1 (Romania), Liga 1 (Romania), UEFA Champions League (Europe), UEFA Europa League (Europe), MLB (USA), NFL (USA), NBA (USA), Euroleague (Europe), NHL (USA), US OPEN (USA), Australian Open (Australia), Roland Garros (France), Wimbledon (United Kingdom).

3.1.6 Conditions for each sport. If prepayment is available:

• Baseball - where your team leads by 5 points;
• American football - where your team leads by 17 points;
• Basketball - where your team leads by either 18 or 20 points;
• Tennis - where your player leads by 2 sets (applies only to men's Grand Slam tournaments);
• Ice hockey - where your team leads by 3 goals.

3.1.7 This offer will not apply to bets for which the "Cash Out" option has been used. In the case of multiple bets, the award of the offer for a specific selection(s) on which a bet has been placed will not be affected retrospectively if the customer cashes out the amounts for the remaining selections. All winnings will be credited as soon as this is possible, i.e. when the team leads by two goals. This offer will not apply if a bet has been cashed out in full. When a bet has been partially cashed out and your team leads by two goals, winnings will be calculated towards the remaining active stake.

3.1.8 In the case of the early payment offer for football matches, you place a bet before the start of the match on the 1X2 market (home or away win), and if your team leads by 2 goals, at any time during the match, you automatically win without having to wait for the end of the match!

3.1.9 Once the conditions are met, you will automatically receive the winnings obtained for your bet. An eligible bet is paid out in full if the chosen team leads by two goals (or the required number of points, referred to in point 3.1.6, depending on the sport) at any time during the match and regardless of the final result.

3.1.10 If your bet is paid out in advance under this offer, you will not be paid out again if your match winner selection is correct.

3.1.11 Bets placed with the "Early Payout" option are not eligible to participate in other promotions - in order to participate in other promotions, the customer must place eligible bets on a normal market.

3.1.12 The Operator reserves the right to restrict the use of this option by the Client, without providing a reason and prior notice.

3.1.13 In the event of a dispute, the Operator's decision is considered final and is non-negotiable.

3.1.14 The T&Cs and the Bonus Rules apply.

3.2 Boosted Odds

3.2.1 This feature is available to all users registered on Romanix.

3.2.2 This function is available from 18.10.2023 and can be deactivated at any time at the discretion of the operator.

3.2.3 The Boosted Odds feature is available for single, combination and system bets placed on the 1X2 market with Boosted Odds on pre-match selections only.

3.2.4 In order to take advantage of this feature, the player must place a bet, which is marked "Boosted Odds" in the market description field.

3.2.5 Bets placed with the "Boosted Odds" option are not eligible for participation in other promotions and cannot be combined with any other offer (accumulation bonus, early payment, risk-free bet, or other types of bonuses).

3.2.6 The T&Cs and the Bonus Rules apply.

3.3 0% Margin

3.3.1 This feature is available to all users registered on Romanix.

3.3.2 This function is available as of 18.10.2023 and can be deactivated at any time at the discretion of the operator.

3.3.3 The 0% Margin feature is available for single, combination and system bets placed on the 1X2 market with 0% Margin indication on pre-match selections only.

3.3.4 To take advantage of this feature, the player must place a bet, which has the mention 0% Margin displayed in the market description field.

3.3.5 Bets placed with the 0% Margin option are not eligible to participate in any other promotions and cannot be combined with any other offer (accumulation bonus, early payment, risk-free bet, or other types of bonuses).

3.3.6 The T&Cs and the Bonus Rules apply.

3.4 Accumulation Amplifier (Accumulator Bonus up to 100%)

3.4.1 This promotion is available to all users registered on Romanix.

3.4.2 This promotion is available from 18.10.2023 and can be terminated at any time following the decision of the operator.

3.4.3 In order to participate in this promotion, the player must place a bet containing at least three events.

3.4.4 The value of the boost that the customer can receive depends on the number of selections placed on the ticket. The following information will be displayed on the Promotion page: Number of selections, Profit Amplifier and minimum odds.

3.4.5 Extra winnings will be added to the total win and are calculated according to the following formula: Extra Winnings = (Total Odds * Stake - Stake) * Profit Booster.

3.4.6 Only bets made with real money are eligible for the promotion. Bets placed with bonus funds, free bets, or other types of bonuses are not eligible.

3.4.7 The Operator reserves the right not to make the promotion public, depending on the availability of sporting events.

3.4.8 The Operator has the right to amend the terms of the promotion, at its own discretion, with prior notice on the organiser's website. The operator also reserves the right to refuse to offer a bonus to the customer.

3.4.9 In the event of a dispute, the Operator's decision is considered final and is non-negotiable.

3.4.10 The T&Cs and the Bonus Rules apply.

3.5 White Score (Bore Draw) - Stake Back 100%

3.5.1 This option is available to all users registered on Romanix.

3.5.2 This function is available from 18.10.2023 and can be deactivated at any time at the discretion of the operator.

3.5.3 Markets available for the Bore Draw option and can be marked with the "BD" sign:

• Correct score;
• Correct half-time/final score;
• Half-time/end result.

3.5.4 The following leagues qualify for this promotion: Premier League (England), Bundesliga (Germany), Serie A (Italy), La Liga (Spain), Ligue 1 (France), Liga 1 (Romania), UEFA Champions League (Europe), UEFA Europa League (Europe).

3.5.5 Place a pre-match bet, on the types of markets mentioned above and marked with the "BD" sign, and if the match ends in a 0 - 0 draw, the respective selection receives odds of 1.

3.5.6 The White Score feature is valid for single, combined system and Bet Builder bets placed only pre-match.

3.5.7 Odds 1 is awarded after settling the bets placed. If, in the meantime, the player acts on the bet in any way (e.g. cashing out winnings/partial cashing out of winnings), the bet will no longer be eligible for the White Score offer.

3.5.8 In order to take advantage of this feature, the player must place a bet, which is marked "Bore Draw (BD)" in the market description field.

3.5.9 Amounts from bets placed on the White Score feature are available for immediate withdrawal, without the need to place a new bet.

3.5.10 Bets placed with the White Score (BD) feature are not eligible to participate in any other promotions and cannot be combined with any other offer (accumulation bonus, early payment, risk-free bet, or other types of bonuses).

3.5.11 The Operator reserves the right to restrict the use of this option by the Client, without providing a reason, but with prior notice to the Client.

3.5.12 In the event of a dispute, the Operator's decision is considered final and is non-negotiable.

3.5.13 The T&Cs and the Bonus Rules apply.

3.6 Cash Out

3.6.1 Cash Out is a feature that allows the user to cash out a bet before the completion of the sporting event, in exchange for an amount calculated according to the timing of the Cash Out and the evolution of the event(s) in relation to which a bet has been placed. The amount offered through Cash Out can be higher or lower than the initial stake. The amount of the win may fluctuate during the course of the event(s). Users understand that the amount available for which they can use the Cash Out feature may differ from the amount of the win initially displayed. It is not allowed to place a bet and then immediately use the Cash Out feature.

3.6.2 The Cash Out feature is only available for certain bets and events. Romanix reserves the right to decide the selection of bets and events eligible for Cash Out, depending on internal policy and market conditions, technical interruptions or changes in the circumstances of the event.

3.6.3 Bets placed using any type of bonus do not benefit from the Cash Out option. Any winnings collected as a result of using the Cash Out feature do not contribute to the wagering of the bonus (if there is such an active bonus subject to a wagering requirement).

3.6.4 The Cash Out Option is available for a limited period of time and can be deactivated at any time by Romanix. It is the User's responsibility to check the availability of the Cash Out option both at the time of placing the bet and at the time the User wishes to make use of this feature.

3.6.5 The value offered through Cash Out is calculated automatically, depending on the circumstances of the event and market fluctuations. Romanix does not guarantee a specific value of the Cash Out and cannot be held liable for any losses resulting from the use of this feature.

3.6.6 Once the User has confirmed the Cash Out, it becomes final and irreversible. The User accepts the amount displayed at the time of requesting the Cash Out, and Romanix will not make any adjustments after confirmation, except in situations where the normal operation of the Cash Out function is affected by any technical interruptions, including (but not limited to) those generated by the loss of the Internet connection by the User. If the Cash Out feature is used, the final result of the sporting events will have no impact on the amount withdrawn by the Cash Out feature.

3.6.7 For clarity, in situations where an error (obvious or not) of any nature occurs, following the identification of such an error, the Cash Out feature may be disabled for those bets affected by the error. If the use of the Cash Out feature has been erroneously accepted or it has been accepted and an error has subsequently been identified affecting the bet benefiting from the Cash Out feature, then the Cash Out transaction will be cancelled and the bet in question will continue to run on the terms originally agreed by the player at the time it was placed. If multiple attempts are made to place bets and use the Cash Out feature for the same events before the error is identified and/or corrected, then these bets will be void.

3.6.8 Romanix may set, at its own discretion, limits on the use of the Cash Out feature, including daily limitations or for certain types of events. In addition, Romanix reserves the right to limit (in whole or in part) the use of the Cash Out function in the event of suspicion of abuse or irregular behavior.

3.6.9 Romanix reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Cash Out feature at any time, for a definite or indefinite period, depending on the internal decision of Romanix.

Tournament Rules

4.1The Tournament is a periodically organized competition, available on the website Romanix in the "Tournaments" section, which aims to promote the services and games offered, by awarding bonuses to the players designated winners.

4.2 Mechanism:

4.2.1 The "Tournaments" section of the website lists all available tournaments.

4.2.2 All users can participate in a future or ongoing tournament using the "Participate" option.

4.2.3 Members registered to participate in the tournament will have a predetermined period of time to collect points.

4.2.4 Any valid bets placed prior to the start of the tournament will not count towards the tournament's leaderboard.

4.2.5 If two or more participants designated as winners have the same number of points, the one who reached the score first will occupy the more favorable position.

4.2.6 The selection of Games/Tables/Leagues participating in the tournament is displayed on the page dedicated to each available tournament. Users can only bet on the specified games/tables/leagues to collect points on the leaderboard.

4.3 Information and Game Rules. The following information will be displayed on each tournament page in the Terms and Conditions section:

4.3.1 Status – The tournament status can be: Active/Completed.

4.3.2 Tournament Validity Period.

4.3.3 Criteria for the accumulation of points by a participant and their calculation.

4.3.4 The total winnings fund and their distribution according to the accumulated score.

4.3.5 Minimum criteria for participation in the tournament.

4.3.6 Where required, the minimum eligible bet that the participant must place in order to accumulate points.

4.3.7 Minimum number of participants required to start the tournament. If this predetermined number of participants is not reached by the time the tournament starts, it will be canceled.

4.3.8 Minimum number of participants required to award prizes. If this predetermined number of participants is not reached by the time the tournament ends, it will be canceled.

4.4 The rules and availability of the tournament may be changed by the organizer at its own discretion without the need for prior notification to the players.

Store rules

5.1 In the Store, a player can convert the current bonus point balance into Bonuses, Bonus Spins and Free Bets (information related to the value of the bonus points will always be available to players on the store page), for which the following conditions apply:

5.2 Bonuses:

• After exchanging bonus points for that bonus, a player will have 10 days to meet the wagering requirements of 40x the bonus amount.
• The maximum amount that can be released from the bonus will be equal to 5x the original bonus value. For example: the maximum amount that will be credited to the real money balance, for a bonus of 50 RON will be 250 RON.
• The bonus is only valid in the Casino section. It cannot be used in other sections (Live Casino, Sports, Virtual Sports).

5.3 Bonus Spins:

• After exchanging the bonus points for the bonus spins, the player must activate the bonus spins in the Profile section and play them within 7 days of purchase.
• Winnings from bonus spins will be credited as a bonus that will need to be wagered 40 times.
• A player has 10 days to meet the wagering requirements for the bonus.
• The maximum amount that can be released from the bonus account to the real money account will be 250 RON, any amount that exceeds this value will be canceled.

5.4 Free bets:

• The free bet will only be valid in the Sports section, it will not be available in other sections (virtual sports, casino, live casino, etc.).
• The Free Bet must be activated within 24 hours of receipt. The player must place the wagering of winnings within 30 days from the time the Free Bet is activated.
• The free bet must be used once, at its full value. Winnings from the free bet will be credited to the player's real money account, after deducting the original value of the free bet. The player must wager the winnings again, at least 3 times, at odds of at least 1.5, before requesting the withdrawal of funds.

5.5 A player may accumulate bonus points for the Store as follows:

• Every 50 RON wagered on casino games will award 1 bonus point . Bonus points should be credited only for wager of real money.
• 1% of each deposit will be credited in the form of bonus points (100RON = 1 bonus point).
• Participation and finishing at the top of the domestic tournament leaderboards can award bonus points coins, if these tournaments have the prize pool in bonus points.

5.6 T&Cs apply.

Gamification

6.1 Gamification consists of 5 elements:

• Bonus Points;
• Weekly challenges;
• Unique challenges;

6.2 All registered users are eligible to participate in any or all of the elements of gamification.

6.3 Bonus Points:

6.3.1 The player can accumulate Bonus Points as follows:

• By completing Weekly Challenges;
• By participating and ranking on the top positions in our domestic tournaments.

6.3.2 Bonus Points have no intrinsic value – they cannot be used to bet, nor do they have a corresponding value in RON so that they can be converted and subsequently withdrawn. They may only be used thereafter to obtain benefits, as indicated in Section 6.

6.4 Weekly challenges:

6.4.1 By placing bets on the Website in the Casino and/or Sports Betting section, players automatically consent to participate in the Weekly Challenges.

6.4.2 The weekly challenges are divided into two sections – Sports and Casino. The player can choose to complete either section or both. The conditions of each challenge can be communicated by Romanix to the participants both through its own website and through the communication channels for which the participant has given his consent.

6.4.3 The challenge is considered "completed" after the player has fulfilled all the conditions of an individual challenge.

6.4.4 By completing each individual challenge, the player receives one or more Bonus Points, as follows:

• in the Sports section, the Bonus Points for completing each challenge are calculated as follows: the bet of 50 RON placed brings a win of 1 (one) Bonus Point. Each challenge in the Sports section has a mandatory minimum bet amount. The challenge is considered "completed" after the bet is settled as "won" or "lost";
• in the Casino section, each challenge has a set number of Bonus Points that the player will receive as a reward. The more complex the challenge, the more Bonus Points the player will receive for completing it.

6.4.5 In addition to the Bonus Points earned for each individual challenge, the player can receive an additional 50 Bonus Points for completing 20/40 of the Weekly Challenges within a week for each individual section (which means that the player can get 50 Bonus Points for completing 20/40 of the challenges in the Sports section, as well as 50 Bonus Points for completing 20/40 of the challenges in the Casino section).

6.5 Unique challenges:

6.5.1 Completion of each challenge will automatically award the amount of Bonus Points as a reward, which will be added to the player's total balance of Bonus Points.

6.5.2 A player may choose any challenge and play towards its completion; no particular order shall be followed.

6.6 Card Collections

6.6.1 There are 5 regular and 2 exclusive collections, each collection consisting of 10 cards with items.

6.6.2 The player may purchase cards using the accumulated Bonus Points.

6.6.3 Exclusive collections become available to a user when they complete at least 3 regular collections.

6.6.4 Types of bonuses that the player can receive:

6.6.4.1 Bonus Spins:

6.6.4.1.1 After exchanging the Bonus Points for bonus spins, the player must activate the bonus spins in the Profile section and play them within 7 days of purchase.

6.6.4.1.2 Winnings from bonus spins will be credited as a bonus that will have to be wagered 40 times.

6.6.4.1.3 A player has 10 days to meet the wagering requirements for the bonus.

6.6.4.1.4 The maximum amount that can be released from the bonus account to the real money account will be 250 RON, any amount exceeding this value will be cancelled.

6.6.5 For completing each collection, i.e. for purchasing all the cards in a collection, the player will receive a bonus allocated to this collection.

6.6.6 The bonus will have a wagering requirement of 1x on any game in the Sports or Casino section, before it can be withdrawn.

6.7 Cup:

6.7.1 In order to unlock each cup, the player must reach a level of the number of Bonus Points, with bonuses awarded for crossing the thresholds for the number of Bonus Points, as follows:

6.7.1.2 There is also an additional bonus for reaching each of the 3 cup thresholds, as follows:

6.7.2 All of the above bonuses (in section 6.7) will have a wagering requirement of 1x on any games in the Sports or Casino section, before they can be withdrawn.

6.8 General Terms and Conditions apply.

Mega Round Terms and Conditions

7.1 Mega Round represents a gamification feature and a bonus mechanism available to all registered users on the platform. It allows the accumulation and use of attempts to spin a virtual prize wheel. Each spin guarantees a randomly determined reward based on a random number generator. The rewards include Bonus Money (1x wagering), Bonus Money (30x wagering), or free casino spins.

7.2 Earning Attempts

7.2.1 Players receive one attempt for every amount of 500 RON wagered on games eligible for Mega Round. A player may obtain up to a maximum of 3 (three) attempts during a calendar day. Attempts should be credited only for wager of real money.

7.2.2 A player may hold, at any time, up to a maximum of 10 (ten) attempts. Additional attempts will not be granted until the attempt balance falls below this maximum limit.

7.3 Mechanism:

7.3.1 Each spin within the Mega Round requires the use of one attempt.

7.3.2 Spins are manually initiated by the player by pressing the “Spin” button.

7.3.3 Each spin results in the selection of a reward, determined randomly.

7.3.4 All spins guarantee the awarding of a reward.

7.4 Available Prizes

7.4.1 Free casino spins – credited for specific games. 8.1 Eligibility

8.2 About the game

8.2.1 MEGA Shoot is a gamification feature and a bonus mechanism available to all registered users on the platform, consisting of an interactive digital mechanism based on the simulation of penalty shootouts in football, used exclusively for the purpose of awarding promotional benefits to eligible players.

The MEGA Shoot promotion will be accessible to users through a dedicated button available on the operator’s platform.

Participation in the MEGA Shoot promotion does not involve or imply the payment of a separate entry fee in real money.

As part of this promotion, players participate in individual single-player sessions of penalty shootouts, where they interact with an automated system (a virtual goalkeeper controlled by artificial intelligence), with the results determined by the use of a random number generator (RNG). 8.3 Game Mechanics

8.3.1 How to start

• As part of the promotion, each session/match is initiated in the Lobby (the dedicated section within the operator’s platform, through which players can access the MEGA Shoot promotion and start their participation), where players are awarded free bonus points every 24 hours, representing the first level of bonus related to the MEGA Shoot promotional mechanism.
• To begin, players select a bonus points amount for entry and press “Play” to initiate interaction with the virtual goalkeeper.

8.3.2 Penalty shootouts

• In each session/match, players alternate between the roles of “Penalty Kicker” and “Goalkeeper”. To shoot or to defend, players select a target area on the goal surface within a set time frame. If the timer expires (i.e., the action is not performed within the allocated time), the system will automatically act and randomly select an area in order to determine the result and avoid session blockage.

8.3.3 Match results

• The result of each match is determined by using a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure complete fairness. The results are based solely on chance and are independent of the player’s behaviour, previous results, or the use of bonus points.
• Matches usually consist of 3 shots for each participant; if the score is tied, the match continues with additional rounds until a final result is determined.

8.3.4 Interruptions

• If the game fails due to a technical error, the amount of bonus points used for participation will be refunded. However, if a player manually leaves the game, voluntarily interrupts the match/session, or disconnects during a match/session, it is considered a loss and no bonus points refund is granted.

8.4 Bonus Points

8.4.1 A player can accumulate bonus points for the Shop as follows:

8.5 Tournaments

8.5.1 Leaderboard points (LP)

• Leaderboard points (LP) are virtual units used exclusively for ranking players within the MEGA Shoot promotion and have no monetary value, and cannot be converted or used for any other purpose.
• These leaderboard points (LP) are awarded for each match played, with winning a match providing a higher number of points than losing.
• The more bonus points players wager (use a higher number of bonus points to participate), the more leaderboard points (LP) they receive.

8.5.2 Team selection

• Before entering the tournament, players choose one of the 48 real teams to represent. This choice is final for the duration of the promotion and is only available during the Big Tournament 2026 period.

• Players can receive additional promotional rewards if their chosen team wins the actual Big Tournament 2026.

8.5.3 Daily tournaments

• A new leaderboard starts every day at 00:00 UTC.
• The top 10 players who earn the most leaderboard points within those 24 hours receive promotional rewards.
• Promotional rewards for the tournament are granted only if 100 or more active players participate on that day. An active player is defined as any person who has played at least one MEGA Shoot match within a 24-hour period using bonus points obtained as a result of their activity carried out on the platform in accordance with the provisions of the article. 8.4.1, except for the free bonus points awarded as part of the MEGA Shoot promotion. Players who play exclusively with free bonus points awarded within the MEGA Shoot promotion are not considered active players and will not be included in the tournament leaderboard.

8.5.4 The Big Tournament 2026

• This is a special event that takes place over 42 days, from June 8, 2026 to July 19, 2026.
• The total Leaderboard Points earned by a player throughout the entire period determine their position in the final leaderboard.
• Players who play exclusively with free bonus points awarded within the MEGA Shoot promotion are not considered active players and will not be included in the tournament leaderboard.

8.5.5 Weekend Tournament

• Once the Big Tournament 2026 ends, the Weekend tournament takes its place.
• This tournament takes place from Friday to Monday (00:00 UTC). To participate, players must win 3 daily matches or use a Tournament Key.
• Tournament rewards are only given if 100 or more active players participate on that day. An active player is defined as any person who has played at least one MEGA Shoot match during the week using bonus points obtained as a result of their activity carried out on the platform in accordance with the provisions of the article. 8.4.1, except for the free bonus points awarded as part of the MEGA Shoot promotion. Players who play exclusively with free bonus points awarded within the MEGA Shoot promotion are not considered active players and will not be included in the tournament leaderboard.

8.5.6 Tie-breaking logic

• At the closing/completion of a tournament, for the purpose of determining the final leaderboard and awarding promotional rewards, in the event that two or more players have an equal number of points, the players’ positions in the leaderboard are automatically determined by successively applying the following tie-breaking criteria: firstly, the total number of victories obtained, and subsequently the goal difference (the difference between the total number of goals scored and the total number of goals conceded). These tie-breaking criteria are automatically calculated by the system to ensure a clear ranking of the final positions.

8.6 Promotional Rewards

8.6.1 Players earn bonus points for individual wins and bonuses through their progress in the leaderboards of tournaments organised within the MEGA Shoot promotion.

8.6.2 Winnings from the match

• When a player wins a match, the promotional reward is calculated as twice the entry amount in bonus points (twice the value of the bonus points used to enter the match) minus a 10% commission. These bonus points are immediately added to the player’s bonus points balance.

8.6.3 Daily rewards selector

• After winning a second match in a single day, players receive an additional promotional reward displayed on the post-match screen (in the interface immediately following the end of the match), consisting either of a reward related to the casino section (such as free spins or bonus money) or a reward related to the sports betting section (such as a free bet).

8.6.4 Team Selection Bonus

• LP Boosters (leaderboard points) – increase leaderboard point earnings by up to 50% for 3 matches. Players are limited to 5 boosters per day.
• Emblems – are used to personalise the player’s profile within the promotion and have no effect on the activity carried out within the promotion.
• Tournament Key – these provide access to the Weekend tournament without the need for 3 wins. The Tournament Keys become available with the opening of the weekend tournament.

8.8 Wagering/playthrough requirements related to promotional rewards
