1.Eligibility

The MEGA Shoot promotion is available to all players registered on the remote gambling platform operated by Romanix Limited.

These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the special promotion period dedicated to the Big Tournament 2026 and take precedence over the standard MEGA Shoot terms during the event.

The duration of the event is the Big Tournament 2026, which takes place between 8 June and 19 July.

2.About the game

MEGA Shoot is a gamification feature and a bonus mechanism available to all registered users on the platform, consisting of an interactive digital mechanism based on the simulation of penalty shootouts in football, used exclusively for the purpose of awarding promotional benefits to eligible players.

Participation in the MEGA Shoot promotion does not involve or imply the payment of a separate entry fee in real money.

Players compete against an AI goalkeeper (a virtual goalkeeper controlled by artificial intelligence), with results determined by the use of a random number generator (RNG), earning Leaderboard Points (hereinafter referred to as “LP”) in every match played, regardless of whether they win or lose, and compete on multiple leaderboards to win a share of the prize funds awarded in this promotion. The leaderboard position in the MEGA Shoot promotion is determined based on the leaderboard points (LP) obtained.

3. Game rules

3.1 How to start

A match begins in the Lobby (the dedicated section within the operator’s platform, through which players can access the MEGA Shoot promotion and initiate their participation), where players can collect free bonus points every 24 hours. To begin, players select a bonus point amount to enter and press Play to challenge a virtual goalkeeper. The amounts available for entry are:

3.2 Penalty shootouts

In each session, players alternate between the roles of “Penalty Kicker” and “Goalkeeper”. To shoot or defend, players select/tap a target area in the goal within a limited time frame. If the time expires before the player acts, the system automatically executes the action by randomly selecting an area, in order to determine the outcome and avoid session freezing.

3.3 Match results

The result of each match is determined by using a Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure complete fairness. The results are based solely on chance and are independent of the player’s behaviour, previous results, or the use of bonus points. Matches usually consist of 3 hits; if the score is tied, the match continues with additional rounds until a final result is determined.

3.4 Interruptions

If a match fails due to a technical error, the bonus points stake is returned to the player. If a player manually leaves or disconnects during a match, it is recorded as a loss and no refund is given.

4. Bonus Points

4.1 Winning Bonus Points

• Players can earn bonus points through the following methods:
• Deposit: 1 bonus point for every 100 RON deposited
• Bet: 1 bonus point for every 50 RON wagered with real money (bets placed with bonus funds are not taken into account).
• Tournaments: bonus points awarded as prizes
• By completing the Weekly Challenges;
• MEGA Shoot: Players receive 20 free bonus points per day from the in-game Lobby. Free bonus points can be collected once every 24 hours and used to enter matches.

4.2 Bonus Points have no intrinsic economic value

Bonus Points have no intrinsic value, cannot be used for betting, and do not have a corresponding value in RON to be converted and subsequently withdrawn.

5.Tournaments

5.1 Leaderboard points (LP)

Leaderboard points (LP) are virtual units used exclusively for ranking players within MEGA Shoot and have no monetary value. These points are awarded for each match played, with winning a match providing a greater proportion of points than a loss. The more bonus points players bet, the more LP they receive.

5.2 Team selection

Before entering a tournament, players choose one of the 48 real national teams to represent. This selection is final for the entire duration of the WC 2026 event.

Team selection is accepted until the end of the group stage (including June 27, 2026).

Players can receive an additional reward if their chosen team wins Big Tournament 2026.

The team selection is solely promotional and does not constitute a form of betting, and the MEGA Shoot gamification promotion in no way involves predicting or wagering on the outcomes of real events.

5.3 The daily tournament

A new leaderboard resets every day at 00:00 UTC. The top 10 players who accumulate the most points in the leaderboard within those 24 hours will receive the following prizes:

Tournament rewards are only given if 100 or more active players participate on that day. An active player is defined as any person who has played at least one MEGA Shoot match within a 24-hour period.

5.4 The Big Tournament 2026

The total leaderboard points accumulated by a player over the entire period determine their final position in the leaderboard. The top 15 players receive the following prizes:

5.5 Tie-breaking logic

When the points are equal, the leaderboard automatically prioritises players first by the total number of wins and then by goal difference. These tie-breaking criteria are calculated by the system to ensure that the final positions are always clear.

6.Rewards

6.1 Winnings from the match

When a player wins a match, the prize is calculated as double the entry amount in bonus points minus a 10% commission. Winnings are credited immediately to the player’s bonus points balance.

Example: A win on a 25 bonus point entry returns 45 bonus points (25 × 2 = 50, minus 10% commission = 45 bonus points).

6.2 Daily rewards selector

After winning a second match in a single day (and for each subsequent victory on that day), players receive a reward on the post-match screen. The reward is based on the amount of bonus points used to enter the winning match:

Rewards are offered either as a casino reward (Free Spins) or as a sports reward (Free Bets / Bonus Money), as indicated above. The applicable wagering requirements are set out in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions.

6.3 Team Selection Bonus

Players can receive an additional reward during the team selection at the start if the team they choose wins Big Tournament 2026.

To qualify for the reward, you must have total deposits of 100 RON. The reward will be 50 Free Spins. The applicable wagering requirements are set out in Section 8.

6.4 Claiming tournament prizes

All prizes won in the tournaments must be claimed manually by pressing the “Collect” button in the game’s pop-up window, which will appear upon first accessing the MEGA Shoot app after the rewards have been credited. These rewards do not have an expiration date and will remain available indefinitely, until the player opens the game and activates the claim interface. If multiple unclaimed rewards have accumulated, they will be presented to the player sequentially, through a series of consecutive pop-up windows.

7. Store

Players can use Coins to obtain items in the game. Although these elements can influence the speed of a player’s progress – for example, by increasing the number of leaderboard points accumulated – they do not affect the actual outcome of matches or the probability of winning.

Currently, the store offers:

• Emblems are cosmetic items used to personalise the player’s profile.
• The points boost increases the leaderboard points earned by 50% for the next 3 matches. A maximum of 5 boosts can be purchased per day.

8. Betting requirements

• Free spins: Subject to a 40x wagering requirement. The maximum payment is 500 RON. Valid only for eligible casino games.
• Bonus money: Subject to a 30x wagering requirement. The maximum payment is five times the initial value of the bonus.

Players have 10 days from the date of granting to meet all applicable wagering requirements. Any bonuses or winnings that are not wagered during this period will be forfeited.

• Free bets: They must be activated within 24 hours of receipt. Valid for a single use only in the sports section.

Winnings are credited to the player’s real money account, minus the value of the initial free bet. Winnings must be wagered at least three times on bets with odds of at least 1.5, within 30 days of activating the free bet.

9. Standard Terms and Conditions

The Standard Terms and Conditions apply. In the event of any conflict between these promotional terms and the standard Terms and Conditions, these promotional terms shall prevail for the duration of the MEGA Shoot Big Tournament 2026 special promotion.

Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the players in advance, where reasonably possible.

This promotion is available only to players from Romania.
