Bonus Terms and Conditions
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Night of Horror (hereinafter referred to as the Promotion) is available exclusively to customers who have opted in weekly to participate in the Promotion.
1.2. The Promotion commences on October 13, 2026, at 00:00 EEST and ends on November 1, 2026, at 23:59 EEST.
1.3. Participation in the Promotion is open to all eligible players contacted directly by the organizer who have created an account on Topbet.ro, have consented to receive marketing communications regarding bonuses, prizes, or other promotional offers at the time of Bonus crediting, and complete the weekly opt-in while making a qualifying deposit of more than 75 RON to obtain a chance to win.
2. Qualifying Deposits
2.1. A qualifying deposit is defined as a real-money deposit of 75 RON or more. In accordance with GEO no. 114/2018, an administration fee (CDA) of 2% applies to each deposit.
2.2. Bonuses are credited daily, based on the qualifying deposits made on the previous day.
2.3. Bonus rewards, including Free Spin quantity and value, are scaled based on a player's deposit activity.
2.4. Fulfilling the minimum deposit requirement provides a chance to receive Bonuses (Free Spins); however, the allocation of Bonuses upon meeting the minimum deposit condition is not guaranteed.
3. Rewards Structure
3.1. The Promotion features a cumulative prize pool of 1.000.000 Free Spins for the entirety of the Promotion Period.
3.2. The maximum daily reward available under this Promotion is up to 70 Free Spins per player.
3.3. The allocation and value of Bonuses (Free Spins) will vary depending on the player’s VIP level, deposit amount, and deposit quantity.
3.4. Eligible players with VIP Levels 1 and 2 may win up to 50 Free Spins.
3.5. Eligible players with VIP Levels 3, 4, and 5 may win up to 70 Free Spins.
3.6. Bonuses are granted once per player per day. Free spins will be credited within a maximum of 24 hours following promotion qualification.

4. Maximum Release Amount
4.1. The maximum release (withdrawal) limits for Free Spins winnings are as follows:
VIP 1–2: 500 RON
VIP 3–5: 1000 RON
5. Bonus and Withdrawal Conditions
5.1. The bonus must be claimed within 24 hours of crediting. Unclaimed bonuses will be forfeited.
5.2. The wagering requirement for winnings from Free Spins are x40.

5.4. Wagering requirements must be fully completed within 10 days of activation.
5.5. Failure to complete wagering within 10 days will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and associated winnings.
5.6. Submitting a withdrawal request prior to completing the required wagering will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
5.7. Players may cancel an active bonus at any time via their profile settings. Upon cancellation, both the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.
5.8. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other bonus, campaign, or offer. Activation of another promotion will automatically void the Night of Horror bonus.
6. Operator’s Rights
6.1. The structure and rewards of the Promotion are subject to modification, suspension, or cancellation by the Operator at any time and without prior notice.
6.2. The Operator reserves the right to amend eligibility criteria, promotion structure, Bonuses allocation at any time during the Promotion.
7. Fraud, Abuse, and Misconduct
7.1. Any form of abuse, fraud, collusion, or irregular betting behavior may result in the exclusion of the player from the Promotion and possible account suspension.
7.2. The Operator reserves the right to disqualify any player engaged in fraudulent activity, multiple account creation, or abuse of bonus systems.
7.3. In case of technical errors, affected bets may be voided, and any accumulated points removed.
7.4. If fraudulent behavior is confirmed, the Operator reserves the right to confiscate winnings associated with such activity.
